We know that while our customers have expectations in terms of timely deliveries, options to exchange and return products, if they so wish to, feel happy about having bought at the lowest possible prices, rejoice having paid value for money, promptly receive response to every communication they initiate with us to their fullest satisfaction et al, our vendors too are concerned about smart product listing, timely pickups, fair exchanges and returns by customers, lowest commission rates to enable them to offer lowest possible prices and rotate their inventory, inventory clearance, transfer of sales proceeds and prompt communication with us. We have worked around these and many other areas to create strong systems and ensure quick disposal of all enquiries.
