Atvenco: Shipping policy

Where all do we deliver?

We are currently delivering only in India. We can deliver at any postal address pan India except certain Pin Codes which are out of bounds for our courier partners for any reason whatsoever. Since courier companies cannot deliver to P.O. Box address, we shall not be able to entertain such requests. Kindly provide the complete postal address with pin/zip code.

No deliveries are made on Sundays, other holidays or such days which, our courier partners observe as holidays or otherwise non-working days. In certain regions where our courier partners keep off on Saturdays, no pick up is possible. The products, in such cases, will be dispatched only on the following Monday unless it is also otherwise a holiday.

Deliveries are generally made during normal working hours of courier companies and these vary from region to region.

Please note that we do not ship on Sundays and public holidays as our logistics partners do not make any pick-up on these days.


Cost of Shipping

During many of our promotional periods (but not all), which may last as long as we are in such promotional stage and which is solely at our discretion, we take great pride in being able to offer FREE SHIPPING to any address in India to our customers.

Otherwise shipping cost payable to the courier company is directly billed to you. We do not add any margin on it. Shipping cost is based on item price and weight or physical dimensions depending on the type of product. More number of items in your shopping bag will get you the benefits of lesser shipping charges. All weights will be rounded up to the next 500 grams. Hence, bigger your order is, lower is the shipping cost.


How Can You Help Us Ship Faster?

To ensure the quickest confirmed delivery on all orders to India, please be sure to include the complete postal address with the correct PIN code. We cannot be responsible for postal delays resulting from incomplete address listings.

Also be aware that all shipments to any Girls College/School/Hostel and many such destinations are placed at the customer's risk. If, for example, the school's warden does not accept your package or it is refused for any reason, Atvenco will under no circumstances issue a refund or credit to the customer's account, nor shall Atvenco attempt re-shipment of the same order.



Transit Times

We ship all orders by fastest possible air or surface courier services available in India and they mostly deliver within 48-72 hours. However, during elections, festivals, natural calamities and such times which obstruct smooth transit, your parcels may get delayed.

On request, we can also make special quotes for shipping if the merchandise order amount is large. please write on atvenco@gmail.com for more details.

If you ordered two or more items, you may receive them in multiple boxes on different days, because of varying item availability and shipping locations. Often, products will be shipped separately from one another for added safety in transit, so you may receive more than one delivery to your address. Please note that all the products will be shipped from India.


Transit Risk

Atvenco ships all parcels as fully insured at no extra cost to customers. If courier company fails to deliver, you do not suffer any loss. In-transit risk is all ours. But Atvenco will not responsible for lost and stolen packages or any full or partial damages to the package after being left at customer's address by postal / courier agency.


Shipment and Tracking Details

We always try to and will send you an email or SMS or an alert in any other form regarding the shipment of your order, as soon as the items are handed over to the Courier. These SMS or emails or such other alerts will contain the tracking number and courier companies website details along with expected date of delivery. However, at times, due to undetected technical glitches, such messages may not reach you or reach you scrambled. Atvenco does not assume any legal binding for the same.

Tracking numbers for orders shipped might take 24 business hours to become active on the courier websites.


Address Change Requests

Once an order is registered, you cannot make any alterations. However, address alteration requests may be accommodated before expiry of 24 hours of placing the order or the time of final dispatch from our store whichever is earlier. You may send your alteration request to atvenco@gmail.com and the needful will be done.


Multiple Address Order

Currently this option is not available. However, if you want to send the product to different addresses, you can place multiple orders.


Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please note: some courier companies charge a penalty for incorrect shipping addresses, wherein the address and zip code do not match. The customer will, without exception, bear the cost of any such penalties and/or fees, not Atvenco. Please make sure your shipping address is correct.

In the event of a reshipment of the same order, customers will be responsible to pay re-shipping charges for the reshipment.


Packing Method

All products are packed safely in polythene bags and/or corrugated boxes or other packing material, developed and made for this purpose. We outsource the packing material and so cannot be held responsible for any defects in the same or packing material used by the courier company after the ordered item leaves our store. In case of shipping garments, we do try to fold the garments to avoid too many wrinkles but same cannot be avoided given the type of product.


Time to Ship

If the information is available, for each item we try to mention shipping time along with its image. These are only indicative and approximate values, and items can be shipped earlier or later on case to case basis depending on availability of item and other factors.

It is advisable to email us with the item codes to get more accurate time to ship estimate.

We are proud to offer such shipping values to our customers, especially when paired with our fast delivery times. In most cases, your order will be processed within 48-72 hours of your placing it. You can expect to receive your order, on average, within 7 -15 business days of placing the order.


What if the delivery is delayed?

Time to ship mentioned on our website against each item are indicative and approximate values only and sometimes due to situations beyond our control, delays may occur. No refund, returns, replacement & exchange will be entertained for this reason. However, benefits such as some store credit to be used for future orders, free gift etc may be allowed on case to case basis.

If, for any reason, there is going to be a delay in shipping because an item is out of stock or If there is an unusual delay in filling an order, we will try to notify you by e-mail.

However any dates for delivery are approximate only and we are not liable for any delay in delivering your order or any part of it. We may choose to deliver your order in separate parts. In some cases, we may offer to refund you for unfulfilled part of the order.


GST & Custom Duties

GST / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are a matter of Government’s policy. The GST / Custom rates and other legal tariffs are decided and can be changed from time to time by the Government(s) and shall be mandatorily payable by our customers at the prevailing rates.

The courier company may also charge some additional service charges over and above custom duty on case to case basis.


When does the product leave our store?

This greatly varies from product to product. If the product matching exactly with your specifications is ready with us, it will leave the same or latest the next day barring Sundays and public holidays. Else time required to arrange (from our vendors or making it in-house) the ordered product will be added to the normal time of delivery. Such delays will not make us accountable in whatsoever manner.


What happens if my order is lost in transit?

If a shipment is lost in transit, we wait for number of days specific to the shipping courier company and then reprocess/reship the order. If you have any question about our shipping policies, please email us at atvenco@gmail.com.
